Complaints Policy

We encourage patient feedback and willingly listen to any grievances.


All patient complaints or billing issues are to be dealt with promptly and in a composed manner.


If the patient is unable to resolve the issue it is their right to take the matter to an independent board. The independent board is through AHPRA and the complaints number is 1300 419 495.


If the patient is making a complaint regarding an administration staff member, they can email the Practice Manager at pracmanager@kingsparkclinic.com.au and the matter can be dealt with promptly in conjunction with a Principal Doctor to ensure the response and outcome is adequate.
